Perfect condition well maintained and upgraded yacht with very short motor hours. In June 2011 we finished the global Refit, which was going during all winter season and reftis specification contains over 150 topics. With the total cost about half million euro.
We couldn't describe all the refit here but choose some most important things to show it to you:
Videoworks entertainment system were fitted onboard. TV, music, lights, curtains and blind screens, disco lights everything managed from iPads. Each cabin or salon have it's own iPad (salon, Master and VIP) or iPod (other cabins) which manage all equipment with special software. No other remote controls used. Only one device for each room. Very useful and stable system. It made by company specialized on such systems for houses, offices, apartments and yachts so finishing level is very high.
Making main salon space transformable. Dinner table and bar counter which separates space in salon made slidable. So you could move it back to have a lot of space for serving the dinner or slide forward to have more space for party. Sliding procedure takes a few minutes and when furniture fixed you couldn't see any rails just solid floor. Add additional lights above table.
Upgrading office and day head. If necessary office could be transformed to extra cabin with it's own WC. Extra plasma TV in office. Hydraulic opening hatch for fresh air ventilation of office it was technically difficult job approved by flag and class.
Building the wall dividing the bridge from salon. Originally at Pershing it's not divided at all you could see at other Pershings 115. Wall made with big glass in the middle which transparency could be switched off for full isolation from salon or became transparent for maneuvering in port.
Removing a TV to wall dividing salon. Huge LCD 70” TV with lifting mechanism. True art of engineering you must see.
In the hallway from salon to cabins near the office we changed ugly and unused corner and built there very nice table storage. You could see on photos. Table repeats the curve of the corridor, the materials are the same as used in the interior. So it fits in interior very naturally looks stylish and practical for using, much better than an empty space in the original. Contains inside a lot of useful spaces.
Exclusive design of main salon coffee table with light leather and glass, you could see it on photos.
Replacement of wooden floors in Master cabin, repairs and re-stain of other floors where necessary.
Additional shelves in master bathroom. A lot of small and smart interior upgrades in cabins. Some nice upgrades like LED lit frame around the hallway mirror.
Installation a new vapour generator Nuvola 6,5 KW for the steam bath in the owners cabin. Original one from shipyard was not powerful enough to provide a good quality steam for present volume of the bath.
Several useful interior upgrades in crew mess.
Stiffen the staircase to galley in order to make them less noisy.
Installation new drainage collection box made of stainless steel 316 with all pipes and connectors also in stainless.
Proactive fumigation of the entire yacht against pests.
Installation 2 x liferaft containers mounted on the foredeck. Made of stainless steel with soft cushions on top to make it usable like bench.
Changing mattress of all beds in the yacht.
Silver paint around swim platform, side board ladder, anchor hatches, flybridge domes, arounf fwd garage.
Painting of Hull.
New bigger aft deck table made of teak.
New bow table with bare teak in style of aft deck table and slightly larger than the folded closed size. With hydraulic lifting transformable to additional sunbeach.
New bimini for sun chairs on flybridge.
New washing machine and dryer in laundry and redesigning laundry space for better usability.
Changed anodes and antifouling.
All tanks cleaning.
A lot of extra jobs to satisfy commercial demands of St. Vincent.
GT serviced, oil cooling system completely serviced, heat exchanger removed and professionally cleaned. New Oil in cooling system and oil and filters on GT itself. GT had all e-cards changed. GT next major service is 10, 000 hrs. Meanwhile just keep an eye on oil, filters and pay attention to the sophisticated electrical monitoring.
Security camera 360 degrees installed on top of anchor light and connected to naviop system.
And much much more. Full list is available on request.
