Reports of a superyacht that sunk mere miles off the coast of Fort Lauderdale in Florida has been circulating the web today. Local sources report that the 120 foot yacht Serena III made a distress call around 6 p.m on Monday evening after taking on water. The Coast Guard along with private maritime assistance companies were quick to act, and managed to rescue all 13 people on board before the yacht went under.

​Italian yacht builder Baglietto have moved their latest superyacht, the 54 metre project 10219, out in the daylight for the first time. The project was announced back in February 2014 when her owner signed the contract for the delivery of his new yacht.The 54 metre steel and aluminium displacement yacht, designed by Francesco Paszkowski Design.
