This week the SYT was updated with 8 completed superyachts, 2 new orders and superyachts under construction, and 1 superyacht concept. Amongst the completed superyachts, I have added Situations, a beautiful 1988 100' Broward Motoryacht. She features a brand new 2006 interior, custom crafted by IK yacht design in Fort Lauderdale. Pop up flat screen televisions have been added throughout, as well as full surround sound both inside and out.

Broward's have always been praised for their huge volume interiors, and fantastic user friendly layouts and this yacht is no exception! Her stunning country kitchen has been re-arranged to feature a custom island, as well as granite countertops throughout and all new appliances. Her three stateroom layout is highlighted by all new interior soft goods, as well as flat screen televisions and surround sound, and a full beam master stateroom has King size bed, and his and hers heads.
