We take a look at the latest magazines, books and other yacht publications. This month includes; Boote Exclusiv, Boat International, Boat International USA, Showboats, Speed & Pleasure, Ocean Magazine, Superyacht Business, The Crew Report, Superyacht Nautica, Yacht Premiere, Meer & Yachten, Grandes Esloras and Yachting & Style.

The German superyacht magazine Boote Exclusiv brings us the top 200 sail yachts in their 5th issue of 2007. Reviews include Lürssen’s Kismet, the Azimut 103S, GiVi and the Bandido 90. Also interesting to read is the interview with superyacht designer Espen Oeino.

Boat International features on board articles on Deniki, Salperton, Feadship's Space, and the lovely Blue Bird. Other boats featured in BI this month are the Codecasa 41S, the Navetta 26 and Jongerts Ithaka. BI has also highlighted a selection of yachts at the Fort Lauderdale Show 2007, and gives you an insight into RMK Marine.

The American publication of the Boat International Group, BI USA, features the Palmer Johnson 150 O’Khalila, the Amels 171 Deniki and Sudami. Also interesting articles on teak and antifouling and a preview of the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show.

The October issue of Showboats has articles on the Azimut 103S, Turmoil, the Viking Sanlorenzo 108 and the 2007 Monaco Awards Rendezvous.

The Norwegian magazine Speed & Pleasure features a special on Pershing in Venice. Also articles on Lürssen’s Oasis, Boot Düsseldorf and the Goldfish shipyard.

From Australia we received the latest issue of Ocean Magazine. The September/October issue has articles on the Sydney International Boat Show, The Warren S87, the Sanlorenzo SL 72, Horizon 73, Wally’s Esense and an interesting article about the terminology used for yachts.

Superyacht Business, a supplement to International Boat Industry, has specials on the new build acitivity in Holland and the USA. Also features on Perini Navi, Royal Huisman’s Meteor and an interview with superyacht broker Nick Edmiston.

Articles on food & wine matching, Tunisia, the Cote d’Azur (crew passport part 2), understanding marine weather and much more in the September issue of the Crew Report.

Superyacht Nautica has articles on Holland Jachtbouw’s YII, ISA’s Midnight Sun II, Lürssen’s Kismet, Royal Denship’s Turmoi, Royal Huisman’s Meteor and the Sunseeker 37 metre.
