One of the biggest luxury cruising catamarans in the world, which is currently being constructed in the Sunreef shipyard, has come to the next stage of building. The 40 ton aluminum construction has been transported by a water crane to another hall, where the welding works and final straightening of the hulls will be finished. The next step will be: fitting the interior and start of fairing the hull. The yacht’s interior design will be fully customised in close cooperation between the european owner and the Sunreef team who has requested that she be ‘‘cosy, comfortable and homey’’, dominated by contrasting dark and light wenge and anegre wood and a classic Sunreef touch. Designed by Sunreef’s inhouse design team the sloop-rigged yacht is the largest catamaran manufactured by Sunreef Shipyard and will be one of the few in the world of that size. Sunreef Yachts |
