Norco GRP took a brief from an owner recently to provide a bespoke console system for his 75’ cruising yacht to incorporate vital navigational and engineering systems’ displays for his upcoming round the world trip. The designs were partly for clarity and ease of operation, yet also had a more fundamental area in safety, providing accurate information for the well being and security of the crew. This entire project took just under 4 weeks from acceptance through to final delivery.

Based in Poole, Norco has full design and drawing capability with the latest technology, and can specify the best materials with a full finite element analysis, providing the complete package. Multi sectioned patterns are expertly divided for shipping to ensure a perfect match on final assembly in the shipyard where the boat is refitting. This work has extended to flybridges and retrofit sections, as well as insurance and major repair works.
