YSBI Introduces Econsmooth

A ship/boat prop shaft balancer that removes shake and reduces bearing and shaft wear dramatically. YSBI have developed a new anti vibration unit that bolts on to prop shafts in minutes to remove unwanted shake and vibration. The net result is smoother quieter running and longer life for shaft, bearings and couplings. EconSmooth never wears out and is 100 percent automatic with no need for calibration or setting up.

EconSmooth also "smooths" engines! When used on engines to reduce vibration the unit can contribute to longer lasting cam shafts and help reduce resonance on exhaust risers and manifolds by reducing resonance and harmonics. When a whole engine room is treated the noise reduction is easily noticed as Econsmooth goes to work in smoothing out vibration. As a result the ship sounds quieter and smoother. The main contribution is greater economic running with less maintenance to main bearings. Fit it to a road vehicle and reduce vibration and noise throughout the RPM range up to 12500 RPM!

YSBI provides Econsmooth units custom built per ship. From small boats right through to large ships each EconSmooth is manufactured from laser cut materials CNC produced directly from our engineering drawings. EconSmooth is paint finished to the customer's choice in two pack paints.
