The meeting of the shareholders of Gruppo Baglietto SpA held in an extraordinary session has ratified the nomination of Maurizio Cei (pictured below), 44 years old, as CEO of Gruppo Baglietto SpA and of the other audited companies: Cantieri Navali Baglietto SpA and Cantieri di Pisa SpA.
Gaspare Borghini, Vice-president of Gruppo Baglietto, maintains the positions of President of Cantieri Baglietto and Cantieri di Pisa.
Fabrizio Garilli and Ruggeromassimo Jannuzzelli are confirmed as President and Vice-President of Gruppo Baglietto.
