By Merijn de Waard Following the sad news that Royal Huisman had two projects cancelled, news has also reached SuperYachtTimes.com that the Danish shipyard Royal Denship has been declared bankrupt by the court in Aarhus. An official statement appeared on the website a few days ago which reads the following: “On 3rd April 2009 Royal Denship was adjudicated bankrupt by the Bankruptcy Court in Aarhus. The court appointed Attorney-at-Law Niels Skovgård Larsen, Abel og Skovgård Larsen and Arne Knudsen, Delacour Dania as trustee in bankruptcy.” |
