Mr. Fabrice Vial, Founder and Chairman of the industrial Group Vial, takes over the reins of Couach Shipyard, the French luxury yacht and Military Patrol Boats manufacturer, now called Chantier Naval Couach (CNC). The new business first priority is to complete the two 50m and two 37m luxury yachts, already under construction, and scheduled for a delivery to their owner in 2010.

The superyacht refit facility in the Mediterranean, IMS Shipyard, is also integrated in CNC‘s development strategy. Mr. Vial, with his extensive manufacturing and industrial experience as well as his business experience, will carry out an immediate restructuring of the company and daily operations in order to take the business forward, building on this historic brand at an international level. Mr. Vial intends to continue to establish the company within the full superyacht market.
