David Ross to retire from Burger Boat

Burger Boat announced the forthcoming retirement of David Ross, Co-President. David will retire during the first quarter of 2008. Thereafter, he will continue to serve on the company's Board of Directors. On August 31, 2007, David will relinquish his current position and will serve as a special advisory officer to the Senior Management of Burger. Current Co-President James (Jim) M. Ruffolo, will undertake the full responsibility of President.

Burger's Sales and Marketing professionals located in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, Fort Lauderdale, Florida and Monaco, will continue to liaison and interact directly with Burger's current and potential clients. Burger will undertake the recruiting effort to fill the Senior Sales role that had been performed by David.

Everyone at Burger is appreciative for David’s wisdom and foresight in assisting the company to achieve its current state of development and global brand recognition, and we wish him well in his retirement.
