Update on MY Shanti

According to our order book the latest yacht from Amels, hull 449 MY Shanti, should have been finished in 2006. As we had no confirmation if she was already delivered or still at the yard, Maarten went to Vlissingen to check it out himself.

 

Sunday afternoon I drove to Vlissingen and noticed that MY Shanti was still moored alongside the quay. One of the first things I noticed was her name, we always thought she was named just Shanti, but it turned out to be MY Shanti. From the outside it appeared that the yacht is completely finished and I can imagine that she will be delivered quite soon.”
