On thursday, Lürssen launched Mad Summer, also known as project Bermuda. Mad Summer (hull 13650) is a 79.2m steel yacht, designed by Espen Oeino, with an interior by Alberto Pinto.

Mad Summer, one of the most exciting yachts delivered in 2008, features a Helideck aft of her wheelhouse, and a large pool on her topdeck. Photographer Carl Groll was in Rendsburg, Germany to take the first photo's of the yacht.

The construction of Mad Summer was overseen by the specialist team of Moran Yacht & Ship and the yacht will be delivered to her owners this fall. Mad Summer can accommodate 18 guests in 9 staterooms and will be available for charter through Moran
