Following the launch of M/Y Romance and only a week after the launch of the 43 metres M/Y Rubeccan, CRN launched the fifth vessel of the CRN 128’ composite line: Lady Belmor. The planning superyacht, was placed in the water on October 25th during a private ceremony for the owner and his family. Following the traditional breaking of the bottle, the superyacht, with her elegant grey hull - the first time this colour has been used on the 128’ line – thrilled the on-looking guests as it entered the water. At a length of 40 metres and a width of 7.7 metres, this superyacht can easily accommodate 12 passengers and a crew of 8. Designed for owners who want onboard comfort, but without neglecting performance, the two engines of the CRN 128’ line, MTU 12V 4000 M90 2040kW models, provide a maximum speed of 24 knots and a cruising speed of 19 knots. Further proof of the technological excellence built into every superyacht designed by CRN is the installation, as a standard feature, of 5 Mitsubishi Anti Rolling Gyros (5 MSM 4000), a stabiliser system capable of reducing the roll of the ship by more than 50%, especially when it is anchored offshore or docked. As a result of the joint effort between the CRN technical team and the Zuccon International Project firm, Lady Belmor is a yacht with an unmistakably distinctive layout featuring three covered decks, plus an innovative tender garage with side opening. After close consultation, the owner selected elements of the interior design that are characterised by a modern design, highlighted by the numerous details in steel, such as the frames on the built-in furniture and the wooden Venetian blinds, used in place of decorative curtains in all the different settings. A single type of wood panelling, canaletto walnut, is found throughout the superyacht, whose further elements of design elegance include the “L”-shaped Cassina sofa in the main lounge. The owner’s suite is found in the forward section of the main deck, while the lower deck is set aside for the guests’ accommodation.
