De Valk International has announced the sale of the Jongert 2700M Matokaoma. One of the first and most successful of the yard’s Modern Line, she is also renowned for being the first yacht to feature the sophisticated Jongert sliding roof on her wheelhouse. The sale was arranged by Jeroen Minnema of De Valk France, who represented both the buyer and the previous owner of Matokaoma.

Designed by Doug Peterson, Matokaoma combines an excellent sailing performance with the comforts of high-grade, custom-built luxury living. She is easily recognised by her distinctively large portholes and windows, which also generate a bright atmosphere in the vessel’s elegant and clean interior. Matokaoma‘s master stateroom and two guest cabins offer superb ensuite accommodation. With her carbon mast, 'park avenue' boom, all-hydraulic Reckmann furling system and Lewmar self-tailing winches, Matokaoma is the epitome of pace and grace.
