Art, style and wealth were the keystones of the 1980s and the yachting showpiece of that era was undoubtedly the MAXI. These 25m racing yachts were a sign of status, admired for their racing performance as well as their comfort. Black shark was completely refitted in 2003. New teak deck has been laid. Mast has been removed, repainted and standing rigging and running rigging replaced. New Doyle sails have been fitted; new decoration inside, including leather settees, new deck heads, lights, new tender and carbon gangway.
