Northrop and Johnson Sales Division has announced the following notable new listings. Devotion, a 143’ expedition-style yacht and Julianne, the 81 foot Northern Marine have been centrally listed with Kevin Merrigan. Devotion (ex: Marjorie Morningstar), is a Sterling Yachts hull originally created by Fexas and Bannenberg. Built by Nishii Shipyards in Japan and recently refit in 2008 by Stabbert Maritime, Devotion is an outstanding example of a modern expedition yacht. She boasts 6 staterooms, plus room for a crew of eight. Her interior is crisp and contemporary, featuring Brazilian cherry wood and marble throughout. The décor gives her a modern, residential feel that, in typical Pacific Northwest fashion, is equal parts formal and casual. Julianne, winner of the Showboats International award for Best Full-Displacement Motor Yacht under 45 meters in 2007, is a comfortable yet rugged 4 stateroom shallow draft expedition yacht. Her functional deck arrangement personifies an owner-friendly design with a cozy layout. This single engine yacht has been thoroughly tank and stability tested to assure safety during ocean cruising.
