Wheels
Frank Grzeszczak and Chany Sabates III's central listing M/Y Wheels recently sold. Built by Trinity Yachts in 2002, Wheels is 124' (37.8m) in length and is powered by 2 MTU 16V2000 engines producing 1850hp and providing a maximum speed of 21 knots.
The semi-displacement hull is aluminum construction and she has an exquisite and spacious interior with 5 beautiful staterooms.
Azzurra II & Allegro
Noell Vawter and Mark Elliott's central listing, M/Y Azzurra II was recently sold as part of a trade that included the sale of M/Y Allegro.
This was one of the largest and aggressive trade deals put together in recent yachting history and is indicative of how brokers can be creative in light of the present economy. Both superyachts were out of the water being surveyed at the same time and just before the Monaco Yacht Show. This deal was part of an exchange with an owner (represented by Noell and Mark) purchasing a Benetti called Allegro.
At 184' (56m ) in length, Allegro was built in 2005 to Lloyds class and refitted in 2009, she is MCA compliant, sleeping up to 14 guests in a master, VIP, two doubles, two twins plus two Pullman berths The 156.9' (47.8m) Azzurra II was built by CRN in 1988 and refitted in 2008. She accommodates 12 guests in a master, 2 doubles and 2 twins. Built with a steel hull, she can cruise comfortably 15 knots.
Freedom
Jon Motta's central listing M/Y Freedom recently sold. Built by Broward in 1994, Freedom is 105' (32m) in length and is powered by 2 Detroit Diesel engines producing 1450 hp. ea. and providing a cruising speed of 17 knots and a maximum speed of 21 knots.
Freedom’s semi-displacement hull is built from aluminum and she has an exquisite and spacious interior with 4 beautiful staterooms.
