Oceanfast’s Ocean Seven and Riva’s Babilou IV for sale with YPI Brokerage

The second new listing of YPI brokerage is the 21m Riva Babilou IV. She has been listed by Emmanuel Carage, Sales Broker with YPI Brokerage.
Ocean Seven
Ocean Seven is a spectacular aluminium motor yacht designed by Jon Bannenberg. Following a significant refit in the winter of 2007/08 she is in remarkable condition. The refit included a new deck lounging area forward of the mast with an additional hot tub and refurbishment of the sundeck and bridge deck areas. It also included a full technical overhaul complete with the addition of zero-speed stabilizers so comfort at anchor is guaranteed.
In fact Ocean Seven’s sundeck is close to peerless, offering vast expanses of teak floors, two spa dip pools and a refreshing deck shower and mister. The living accommodation exudes style.
