Fraser Yachts appoints new director of charter retail

Fraser Yachts is very excited to announce the arrival of Lania Rittenhouse. As the new Director of Charter Retail she will be leading the Fraser Yachts Charter Retail Division, based in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Lania arrives at Fraser Yachts with an extremely impressive background. Frank Brand, CEO of Fraser Yachts, states: “I am extremely excited to welcome Lania to Fraser Yachts – her knowledge and experience will be an invaluable asset to all of us. We are now an even stronger company with the vision and the resources to provide our client with an even better service, which is our ultimate goal.”

Lania brings a rich history of multi cultural and international experience from a variety of industries including cruise, tourism, and high-end retail. She has lived and traveled in over 65 countries, and speaks French and German in addition to her native English. Lania has a proven ability to lead strategic initiatives with 20 years in marketing, operations, revenue enhancement and international business development.

Most recently Lania was with Norwegian Cruise Line in Miami, FL as Vice President, Hotel Operations, responsible for the Hotel Department aboard 14 cruise ships, with more than one million international guests per year.

Previously Lania was Director of Tourism for the Cayman Islands Government, where she was acknowledged for her ability to improve communications and implement a fully integrated marketing program. Prior to that, she spent almost 10 years with Renaissance Cruises in Fort Lauderdale, FL., where she held a variety of executive positions ranging from cruise operations, ship building, product development and passenger shore excursions.

Lania has an MBA in International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management, AZ (Thunderbird) and a BA in Political Science from the University of Florida.

She loves to run, compete in triathlons, read and travel the world with her husband Tom and daughters Chloe and Madison.
