Superyacht brokerage firm Fraser Yachts have just signed four new central charter agency listings over 30 meters; including the 59.60m Palmer Johnson Beluga (formerly known as Frequency) and 52m Abeking & Rasmussen Splendido (formerly known as Airwaves).
