A busy season at Ocean Independence (OCI) with 2 new CAs for charter and 4 for sale, as well as the successful sale of Anoud Al Doha. This 28m Guy Couach 2800 open, with a Kevlar hull and Arneson Surface drives, built in 1999, was represented by the dynamic team of Jim Acher and Marc Haendle at OCI Palma. New for sale are: With Mario Veloná at OCI Monaco is a new joint CA, the uniquely innovative Azimut-Benetti, Ambrosia III. Launched in 2006, this technologically advanced 65m yacht features fuel-efficient, safe and quiet diesel-electric Azipod propulsion, anchorless dynamic positioning, infra-red navigation and one of the most extensive entertainment and communications systems ever installed on a yacht. With exterior design by Stefano Natucci and interiors by renowned French designer Francois Zuretti this refined and elegant yacht sleeps 12 guests in 6 cabins.
And finally with Marco Vandoni at OCI Monaco, the finely crafted and graceful Cintra, built at William Fife and Son in 1909 this classic 19m beauty is the oldest 12 meter in the world, boasting a noteworthy legacy of regatta racing she is in perfect condition following restoration in 1991 and 2002 and further reconditioning in 2006. For charter are 2 new CAs: The celebrated 60m Brooke Marine Titan is back on the charter market with Marco Vandoni of OCI Monaco following her transforming 2005 rebuild and further 2008 refit. One of the world’s most spacious and luxurious yachts she offers comfortable accommodation for up to 22 guests and will be based in the Mediterranean for coming seasons. Also back on the charter market with her new owner, following her successful sale by OCI, is the highly popular Synergy. This 30.7m Falcon 100 was launched in 2003, refitted in 2007 and is undergoing refurbishment and upgrades ready for the Western Mediterranean 2009 charter season.
