IYC Charter and Brokerage have announced to SuperYachtTimes.com the sale of 2 superyachts, the addition of a number of motoryachts to their central brokerage listing, a new Management contract and 3 yachts to join their charter fleet. Chany Sabates III and Frank Grzeszczak's central listing Big City was recently sold. Big City is a 37.48m yacht built by Palmer Johnson in 2000. Well maintained, Big City, known as the "ultimate family yacht," had a complete refit in 2007. Big City was built to ABS Standards with an aluminum hull and superstructure. She can accommodate 10 guests in 5 stylish staterooms.
