Simon Gibson and Bob Anslow join International Yacht Collection

International Yacht Collection (IYC) has announced the appointment of two new sales brokers, Simon Gibson and Bob Anslow, in their West Palm Beach office.

Arriving from Gilman Yachts, Simon successfully completed over $20 Million in sales in the first eighteen months in the South Florida brokerage market. While there he developed and maintained key client and industry relationships that continue to develop through the present time. He also pursued a targeted and aggressive marketing plan focused on wealth based geographical demographics together with a focus on developing referral business.

Predicated on an in depth knowledge of the marketplace and its rapidly changing trends, Simon has successfully represented buyers and sellers in a multitude of transactions. Well versed in brokerage sales, charters and new builds (currently including a new Horizon 130 scheduled for delivery in the spring of 2010) Simon is eminently capable of managing all facets of the yachting experience in a thoroughly professional and enjoyable manner.

Bob began his career as a "yacht brokerage consultant" 27 years ago and through running (and owning) multiple offices throughout Florida, his vast experience spans all aspects of the industry.

Bob has traveled to over twenty seven countries to serve various clients with their yachting needs. The culmination of these years of travels and adventures have left him well versed in every aspect of yachting and more importantly, what's required to keep his clients yachting experience truly enjoyable. It's important to know the market, to know the many makes and models, and to know the strengths and weakness of a sought after product. But, Bob truly feels that the most important item in the entire equation is the service after the sale.
