Show Management has gone live with its newly redesigned, interactive Web site, www.showmanagement.com, just in time to help usher in the upcoming 48th Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show®, October 25 – 29. Efrem “Skip” Zimbalist III, President & CEO, comments on the overhaul of the site, “We wanted to create a web site that makes it simple for show visitors to locate and connect with the exhibitors they are seeking. We also wanted the site to reflect the beauty and sophistication of the boats and accessories on display at the show. We think the sleek, sophisticated and smart new look of the site reflects all that, and we hope you agree. Early response to the new site has been very encouraging.” Virtual Tour of Venues, “My Show Planner” Features Enhance Boat Show Experience People can get a better feel for the size and scope of the show, and plan their visit in advance when they take the Virtual Tour. For all show venues, you are able to scroll over dock layouts and floor plans to engage pop-up information about specific exhibitors, which includes their precise show location, contact information, and a photo sampling of the models/products on display. By registering with My Show Planner, site visitors have the added benefit of being able to request appointments through the site with brokers and exhibitors, as well as add companies, boats and local hot spots to their list of favorites.
