Saturday April 4th the second Crew Show will be held in association with the Antibes Yacht Show. The first CrewShow was held on 17th April 2008 in association with the Antibes Yacht Show, located against the outside wall of the Millionaires Quay, and despite ending early due to torrential rain all the participants very much enjoyed the day.
“As the only real problem encountered in CrewShow’s first year was the weather, 2009 will see the very welcome addition of a marquee and they have a slight change of venue,” says Celia Wagstaff, organizer of the CrewShow.
“One of CrewShow’s distinguishing features is to be as interactive as possible, aiming towards a really fun day out." Celia adds.
The diary for the day:
• open from 10am to 10pm
• live music all day
• happy hour, which includes games/competitions, running from 5.30 to 7pm
• fashion show and then more music to finish
Once again the CrewShow hope to arrange free coaches to return crew to Cannes and Monaco.
Prices start at €300 for the small round table plus 2 chairs. For those on a smaller budget there is lots of space outside of the marquee, cut costs by providing your own furniture. Free internet access is available thanks to Anyport and electricity will be available for an additional cost of €100 per stand.
Plans for the Crew Show Palma are well underway and watch out for the CrewShow in St Maarten.
Sanlorenzo has a reputation of offering an unrivalled level of customization, which results in the fact that there are never two Sanlorenzo Yachts that are the same. This has been clearly demonstrated by the unique five-stateroom SL104 planing yacht, that will be on display at the Miami International Boat Show (MIBS) this week. Read More
