Superyacht of the Week: The Acico superyacht Nassima

Having made a successful debut at this year's edition of the Monaco Yacht Show, brand new Acico-superyacht Nassima is turning heads with the elegance and finesse. At just over 49 metres, the Dutch lady is currently listed for sale with Bluewater Yachting, eager to wow every guest onboard with her contemporary classic design, superb comfort and exceptional performance.
Nassima has a calm and soothing personality about her, which becomes even more apparent when cruising at top speed. During the sea trials executed last August in the Dutch Ijsselmeer, two of her most striking accomplishments were the absence of any vibration and her very low noise levels. This easily translates to an overall sense of tranquility, proving to be a remarkable addition to the already relaxing environment onboard.
Her exterior look is confident, feminine and playful, with both the hull and superstructure crisp and white. Like her interiors, her exterior features are stripped of any unnecessary details, resulting in a sense of calm and hospitality that will please every guest onboard.
Nassima allows for a company of up to 12 guests, offering lush accommodation in any of her luxury suites. There are 6 to be found throughout her decks, with 4 large twin staterooms and a full beam VIP-suite located on the lower deck and sumptuous master quarters, including a lavish private aft terrace, to be discovered on the upper deck.
Starting our tour in the main saloon, there is an instantly warm and private ambiance, with a modern design combining coziness with grand luxury and contemporary class. Creme carpeting and dark wooden floors, cabinets, tables and ceiling panels form the main ingredients of the colour scheme, with touches of gold added throughout for an overall luxurious feel. The lines are minimal and modern, the colours warm and the materials subtle and elegant.
Nassima's main saloon consists of the aft lounge and a fore main dining, separated by a low central cabinet leaving sight lines intact. The lounge offers a collection of large and invitingly comfortable sofas and a big pouf in light grey upholstery, positioned around an eye-catching minimalistic table of wood and marble. The main piece of art here adds a clear blue touch.
Fore, the formal dining offers an equally intimate ambiance, with the rectangular wooden dining table seating three at each side. Overall, the main saloon in big yet intimate, modern and warm, subtle yet luxurious.
The main aft deck is a vivacious area with big cockpit and a bar, easily transforming this space into an area perfect for a variety of social occasions, ranging from intimate cocktail parties to extravagant and stylish late night get togethers. In any case, Nassima's main saloon and aft deck areas offers a perfect setting for any occasion, always in style and with a warm and welcoming ambiance.
Belowdecks, we are to discover a collection of guest suites, allowing guests to always have a luxurious, comfortable and elegant stay on board. Firstly, there is the full beam VIP-suite that combines a large, light ad modern stateroom with equally light and luxurious en suite. With a large bed, private lounge area, large wardrobes, his and hers washing basins and a big separate shower area, the VIP-suite is the perfect accommodation for every guest. Like the main saloon, the materials are luxurious and subtle, with a light colour scheme of crème, beige and white framed with natural tones of dark wood, forming a calm and modern atmosphere where luxury is found in a balanced and inviting ambiance.
The four twin suites that can be found on the lower deck, boast an equally light, warm and pleasing atmosphere. All with light en suites, ample amounts of natural light, and designed in Nassima's pleasantly minimal style, these guests suites offer accommodation that is both luxurious, stylish and subtle.
Nassima offers a truly lavish master suite that is to be discovered on the upper deck. Here the full beam stateroom offers direct access to a lush, spacious and private aft deck offering a range of functionalities. The master stateroom is the superyacht's epitome of light and comfort, with a warm an superbly balanced ambiance blending soft luxury materials with light natural tones and modern shapes. Panoramic views are stunning courtesy of the large surrounding windows, and with the big central bed, private lounge and office areas the subtle master stateroom is a dwelling of luxury and modern style. The large adjacent en suite offers a big tub, big separate shower area, separate toilet and his and hers wash basins, all framed in a style where small, copper-tinted tiles are combined with crisp clean white and framed with ample natural light.
The overall sense of warm hospitality and modern luxury is continued throughout Nassima's lush sun deck area, where the large central circular bar and table setup is perfect for cocktail parties and al fresco lunching, with stunning vista views to complete this perfect setup.
Aft, the large lounge sofas offers a great spot for relaxing, enjoying each other's company and simply sit back and let Nassima soothe you. An for those wanting to soak up some sun, there is a big arrangement of sun pads to be found fore, with the panoramic views undoubtedly turning this spot into one of many guest favourites to be found onboard this wonderful superyacht.
Nassima is a superyacht that effortlessly combines modern comforts with contemporary design, yet she offers a warm and welcoming ambiance that can only be described as classic. Guests are offered a wide variety of amenities, all framed by a subtle yet luxurious sense of style. Even when anchored in a marina, guests can easily get around and discover the area, with the aft garage folding open to impressively uncover the car that is hidden there, all at guests' disposal.
