An important acknowledgement for Francesco Paszkowski’s inexhaustible creativity. Thanks to his great experience, Francesco Paszkowski designed the general concept, the layout and the interior of Sanlorenzo SD 92, the first displacement yacht for the historical shipyard based in Viareggio. The “Functionality Trophy” in the “Flybridge over 24 metres” category was awarded to the yacht at World Yacht Trophies 2007.

The ceremony took place on 15th September at Carlton Hotel in Cannes on the occasion of the usual gala evening organized by LuxMedia Group during the Festival de la Plaisance. “ Sanlorenzo SD 92 is a blend of innovative solutions, classical elements and charme”. These features contributed to win the prize among the several competitors.

“I’m very proud of the prestigious prize awarded to Sanlorenzo SD 92” has stated Francesco Paszkowski. “The great success of the yacht, thanks to the great team work with Sanlorenzo’s technical staff, confirms that Massimo Perotti took the right decision when he trusted me.”

Sanlorenzo SD 92 is a displacement yacht where the fascinating seduction of the past lives again, both in the exterior, that evokes the style of the beginning of 20th century, and in the interior, recalling the 30’s. Francesco Paszkowski was able to join creativity and functionality, as in the structure on the fly, that looks like a classic smokestack and substitutes the roll bar while upholding at the same time the carbon hard top.
