This year’s forthcoming Pinmar Yachtsman’s Golf Tournament, co-sponsored by Awlgrip®, will be hosted at the Marriot Son Antem Golf Resort in Mallorca, from Thursday 18th – Friday 19th October 2007. For the 19th year, members of the super yacht industry will compete in the two-day golfing event, followed by a prize-giving dinner and show on Saturday 20th October.

Each year, Pinmar Yacht Painting Systems organises the tournament to raise funds for charity. Thanks to the generosity and support of the players, sponsors, volunteers and dinner guests, last year’s event raised a record 50,000 Euros. This year’s tournament will be raising funds for several charities including Alimentar Ensenando, which helps impoverished children in Argentina.

“We are proud that so many individuals and companies continue to get involved in the event year after year and are extremely pleased with the substantial amount of funds we’ve been able to raise for charity,” says Nick Entwisle, Company Secretary, Pinmar.
