The Marin 5900, project Y0102, is a steel and aluminium superyacht designed by Acubens and Factoría Naval de Marín. First Wally Cento hull completed at Green Marine

The first 30.48 metre Wally Cento hull was completed and released from its female mould at Green Marine this week. The black hull was turned upside down and moved into one of the four recently commissioned 38 metre long build ovens at Green Marine’s new facility in Hythe. Mulder Shipyard in the Netherlands has started construction of the new Mulder 98 Flybridge, the contracts for which were signed earlier this year. The yacht has been designed by Guido de Groot with Jaron Ginton in charge of the naval architecture. The Mulder 98 Flybridge is being built for a client from Russia, and will be delivered in 2013. Earlier this week, the hull of the first Overmarine Mangusta 148 Oceano arrived at the Viareggio yard. The 148 is 45.5 metres long, and will be powered by twin MTU 12V4000 M53R diesels.
