Jade Yachts launch superyacht Jade 90
Jade Yachts has launched a new Jade 90' on November 29th, 2011. This project was sold and managed by Peter Hurzeler of Ocean Independence, and the contract was signed at the Monaco yachts show at 2010 with a Swiss owner. This new Jade 90' features exterior design by JC Espinosa, based in Fort Lauderdale and is engineered by the Jade shipyard. The yacht is build to B.V. classification with I Hull MACH Charter Yacht motor - S/A Unrestricted Navigation. Jade yachts tells us the owner might make the yacht available for charter in the new year.
The Jade 90 is a full displacement yacht with a steel hull and aluminum superstructure. At full load she measures 225 metric tons. The 90' is build to sea state 8, equipped with 2 sets of MAN 1100 hp engines that will achieve 13 knots top speed with 11 knots economical cruising speed, with a fuel capacity of 38,000 liters, this will give the yacht a high range. For maximum comfort, she is equipped with ABT zero speed stabilizers.
The yacht features 1 master stateroom and 3 additional guests rooms. One of the guests rooms can be uses as a gym by folding up the beds into the wall. There is a tender, jets ski and Jaccuzzi on board for sun and water sport activities.
