Cantiere delle Marche signs exclusive after sales service contract
Cantiere delle Marche, builders of steel and aluminium displacement superyachts, has announced they have signed a partnership agreement with Sailornet, for the after sales services exclusively dedicated to Cantiere delle Marche yachts owners.
From the companies start-up, only 17 months ago, the Ancona-based shipyard signed dealership’s agreements with Worth Avenue Yachts for North and South American markets, DenturYat for the Turkish market, and Lee Marine for Australia, Asia Pacific and China area.
“We found in the selected International dealers the exclusivity and reliability values which are our key points for the evaluation of a new dealer all around the world. " - comments Vasco Buonpensiere, Sales & Marketing director of Cantiere delle Marche.
"I’m sure they would represent a new sales consolidation of the brands Darwin Class and Nauta Air in their markets, which have always recognized the top quality and innovative contents of our products". Adds Buonpensiere: “We think that the secret of this kind of dealership relations is the constant information exchanges: that’s why we rely on our exclusive representatives to collect as many indications we can from their markets in order to adapt our products to the customers’ needs in the different areas”.
The same attention dedicated to the quality of a Cantiere delle Marche yacht is given also to after sales services. The Shipyard has signed an agreement with Sailornet, a team of highly skilled professionals that will offer high quality services to the most demanding owners.
The exclusive service runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to assist CdM clients in any request they may have concerning the technical efficiency of the boat, weather routing, stay at port, personnel and health problems in the entire Mediterranean and US basin.
