Sanlorenzo launches SD92 superyachts Lady Jane and Genie 2

Within a week Sanlorenzo celebrated the launched of the tenth and eleventh hull in their 27 metre SD92 series. Both GRP yachts have a semi-displacement hull and were built in the Viareggio facility of the luxury superyacht builder.
The Sanlorenzo navetta’s are well known for their elegance, high-end technology and combined modern and traditional lines, which were inspired by the great transatlantic liners of the 1930s.
The first to launch was the 27 metre Lady Jane, the tenth hull since the introduction of the models in September 2007. Hull number eleven, Genie 2, is different from all her sisterships as she features a metallic hull, a first for Sanlorenzo.
The Research Vessel (RV) Pegaso just made her debut in Monaco and gave the world a glimpse into her Global Mission for Marine Conservation. Her oceanographic capabilities are impressive: 5-person Diver Lockout submarine, Ice Class notation, 10,000 nautical miles at 12 knots, wet/dry laboratory, and separate scientist quarters. Read More
