In 2008 Cobra Yachts launched the 38.20 meter explorer motor yacht Maisha and the company is soon to launch another superyacht, only something completely different; a 45.30 meter modern styled motor sailor.
Currently in the final stages of construction at Cobra’s shipyard in Bodrum, sailing yacht Cobra Sultan is set for a launch in August and due for delivery in September. The naval architecture, exterior styling and interior design have all been done by the in-house design team of Cobra Yachts. The all wooden yacht is built to RINA class and MCA specifications.
Cobra Sultan cruises at 11 knots under sail and under power at 14 knots thanks to twin 650hp Volvo engines. Accommodation is provided for 12 guests, in 2 Master, 2 Double and 2 Twin cabins, and 7 crew members.
