Land has been reclaimed from both sea and mountain, and a massive 200m long construction shed built, flanked by two further sheds, each capable of taking on construction work on yachts up to 80 metres each.

A massive and quite beautiful construction in its own right is the purpose built support structure for the 141 metre Dream Symphony. In parallel, work is also progressing on both the 55 metre S/Y Princess Maria and the 43 metre S/YImagination, while the 63 metre S/Y Mikhail S.Vorontsov is nearing completion at its fitting out base at Balk Shipyard in the Netherlands.
