Bob McKeage of Merle Wood & Associates has joined Kent Chamberlain of Chamberlain Yachts to list the 44 metre superyacht Summerwind for sale. Her price has seen dropped by more than 40% from $ 4,950,000 to $ 2,950,000 and she is being offered as is, where is.

Summerwind was built by the Cheoy Lee shipyard in 1996 to a design by Frank Mulder. She is currently on the hard in Fort Lauderdale and she is in need of a complete exterior paint job, an interior refit, and major engine overhauls.

The motor yacht has six staterooms for 14 guests and she accomodates 10/12 crew in six cabins.
