Camper & Nicholsons’ broker Jordan Waugh represented the buyer in the successful sale of the 38.5 metre S.Q.N, which was up for sale through Burgess. She was built in 2003 in New Zealand by Alloy Yachts. Waugh quickly secured S.Q.N.’s purchase with contract agreement to MoA signings completed in just over a week.
S.Q.N’s Dubois designed exterior and warm, inviting Donald Starkey interior provides luxury accommodation for eight guests in four staterooms, including an impressive master suite with his and hers bathrooms and a large walk-in dressing room. The gymnasium in the lower deck guest area can be easily converted to allow an additional double guest cabin with services already in place for an ensuite bathroom. The main saloon has been enhanced in recent years to provide an open plan lounge/dining area with a low level partition to subtly distinguish between dining and lounge areas if required.
Exterior deck areas are very impressive for a yacht of her size. The spacious dining area on the main deck provides comfortable seating for 10 guests while the expansive sun deck/fly bridge which has been extended in length allows for a dining area, bar, jacuzzi and large sun pad area.
