The 1972 Feadship Heavenly Daze arrived at Pendennis at the end of September to commence her winter refit, with the main focus being an interior restyle by Dutch design company Wetzels Brown. The new design has been applied to her VIP Suites, guest cabins, main saloon and dining area. Read More

The first interior images of Endeavour have now been released giving a sneak preview inside the newly refitted 77 year old J class icon. The 18 month refit was undertaken by Auckland boatyard Yachting Developments, and the result is simply spectacular. More than 100,000 man hours have gone into the project. Read More

At the weekend, STP hoisted the super-sloop Aglaia, the biggest yacht ever to have been lifted clear of the water in Mallorca. She also has the world's second longest (at 83 metres) mast in the world. Speaking to STP News, Aglaia's captain, Marc Stevens, considered that safety must come first for big boats like this one. One of the world’s largest and most distinctive charter yachts, Titania (ex Apoise), just completed a large refit at Lürssen in Germany, which added 4 metres to her stern. She is designed by Espen Øino, built by world-renowned Lürssen Yachts and launched in 2006. Titania made a short stop in Holland, before heading off to sunnier places. Read More

The latest superyacht to arrive at the Icon Yachts facility in Harlingen, The Netherlands is the 41.30 metre superyacht Seven Sins. Captained by Martin Andersson, Seven Sins arrived on Wednesday coming from the Caribbean island Antigua. Following the successful delivery of the refit of Dona Amélia, Pendennis Plus has this week completed a further large yacht refit project, the 62.23 metre Feadship Virginian. Last month, the Spanish shipyard Varadero Valencia started the refit of the 50 metre superyacht Tommy. The refit consists in changing both of the generators under ABS certification, made difficult due to the size of the generators. The air draft has been increased up to 22 metres, thus allowing to accommodate yachts up to 60 metres. Vilanova Grand Marina shipyard has recently accommodated Parsifal III, for its mast repaint job.
