Designed for maximum comfort, guest usability and a totally seamless link between the sea, exterior decks and a voluminous interior space, superyacht G108 has achieved this and much more through a clever development strategy balancing creative freedom with tried and tested principals.
The Lila-Lou creative team, consisting of Alexander Isaac & Kimberly Williams, Owner/Designers, and Mauro Giamboi, Head of Exterior Design, was determined to establish a platform for this 108m superyacht driven by the mutual symbiosis of internal and external volumes. All aspects of the superyacht work together as one.
Truly form following function, the result is a unique and striking shape, harmonious exterior lines flow from the desire to incorporate distinctive interior features such as a Forward Viewing Saloon, and Wheelhouse with 270 degree wrap-around view, whilst retaining all the more familiar & conventional accommodation one might expect from a superyacht of this size.
Another important factor was the yacht’s relationship with its surrounding environment, indeed its very form looks like the building crest of a wave, and when at anchor this yacht’s flexibility and oneness with the sea can really be demonstrated. A series of platforms & balconies fold from the hull and splay outward to form an extended beach club on two levels over the water, maximizing not only deck space but also greatly enhancing the Owner/Guest enjoyment.
The Lila-Lou London team is currently working on the exterior & interior styling for a 45m robust explorer style superyacht and a 75m sleek modern cruiser.

This has been clearly demonstrated by the unique five-stateroom SL104 planing yacht, that will be on display at the Miami International Boat Show (MIBS) this week. Read More
