MCC and Marco Polo at Monaco and Fort Lauderdale yacht shows

MCC and their first superyacht Marco Polo will be on display at the most important superyacht shows of 2009, the Monaco Yacht Show and the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show.
Monaco Yacht Show
From 23 to 26 September Marco Polo will be moored at the Monaco Yacht Show and MCC will unveil two new Marco Polo superyacht designs at their stand (number QP55); a 32 metre and a 60 metre. A model and the name of the second 45m Marco Polo II, currently in build in China and on schedule for a 2010 launch, will also be revealed on the stand.
Prospective clients can also come up with their own ideas, which can be incorporated into the designs with the help of the yard’s chief designer Kasia Milewska.
Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show
MCC will dispatch Marco Polo to sail across the Atlantic following the Monaco Yacht Show (assuming no one snaps her up during the Show) to dock at Bahia Mar in Fort Lauderdale. There she will participate in the second key show of the superyacht calendar the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show.
Cheoy Lee, the constructors of the Marco Polo explorer series, and MCC representatives will be available to clients on the Cheoy Lee stand, on the face dock of Bahia Mar 3, 3A, 3B adjacent to the yacht which will be in slip 3D.
The Research Vessel (RV) Pegaso just made her debut in Monaco and gave the world a glimpse into her Global Mission for Marine Conservation. Her oceanographic capabilities are impressive: 5-person Diver Lockout submarine, Ice Class notation, 10,000 nautical miles at 12 knots, wet/dry laboratory, and separate scientist quarters. Read More
