Monaco based, expanding, innovative and integrated Yacht Management Company is hiring a fleet manager (m/f) to take care of the operational, technical, administrative and financial aspects in relation to the preparation and operation of various types of crewed yachts. Candidates should have the following profile:
•      strong sense of organisation and coordination
•      autonomous and team player
•      dynamic and hands-on
•      basic or good knowledge of major marine regulations, notably in terms of compliance and registration of yacht and crew
•      technical background required
•      ISM/ISPS knowledge considered an advantage
•      good communication and motivating skills
•      fluent oral and written English
•      knowledge of French, Italian and any other language considered an advantage
•      IT acquaintance
