IYC Brokerage is pleased to announce the sale of two superyachts and the addition of four superyachts to their central listing, including the recently completed 47m Heesen Elandess.
Noell Vawter's sold M/Y Southerly. Southerly has been designed with a classic interior with rich woods and a large comfortable interior. The yacht is a steel full displacement, 151' (46m) built by Picchiotti in 1982.
Jim Eden's sold M/Y Summer Breeze. Summer Breeze was built by Broward in 1994 and is an aluminum semi-displacement hull design allowing her to cruise at 16 knots with a max. speed of 20 knots. She is 114' (34.7m) in length with a 24' (7.3m) beam.
Frank Grzeszczak and Chany Sabates III's central listing, M/Y D-Version, was recently added; D-Version is a 81' (24.6m) Cheoy Lee Sport Yacht built in 1998. This popular 81ft Euro style yacht has been professionally maintained. She is powered with 2x Caterpillar 3412TA engines that produce 1,350hp each and allowing her to cruise at 20 knots. Her shallow draft allows for flexibility when cruising through the Caribbean etc.

With a contemporary interior, she has light exotic woods throughout and built to ABS specifications.

IYC (International Yacht Collection, LLC.), is pleased to welcome a new captain, Capt. Bryce Simpson, to the M/Y Le Reve, one of the yachts in their charter fleet. Raised in Vermont, Bryce moved to Florida where he began his carreer in the marine world as a deckhand. Moving up through the ranks, he has been a captain for ten years, holding a 200 ton (U.S.), 500 ton (ITC) license. He's travelled extensively throughout the Bahamas, New England, Europe and the Caribbean.
He is an avid sports fan, loves to play golf, water sports, scuba diving and skiing (as long as there is a warm fire afterwards). Le Reve is available for charter at a rate of US$49,000/wk. for the Winter 08/09 and Summer 09. She is based in the Bahamas and she can sleep 8 in 4 cabins.
