Designed and built by the Italian Codecasa shipyard, Sokar was comprehensively refitted at Abeking and Rasmussen in 1997/9, where works included a 5m stern extension and an interior refit by Howard and Horsfield to combine with the original Vittorio Cerruti designed interior.
