Three new staff have joined the team at Ocean Safety to meet the ever growing demand for specialist marine safety products.

Dan Thompson joins the sales team at Head Office in Southampton, with a wide knowledge of safety equipment for charter and training establishments as he is an RYA dinghy and windsurfing instructor.

Dan is fully qualified as a Yachtmaster Ocean with commercial endorsement and has used his skills around the world as a professional skipper.

Joining the team in Glasgow, as a Service Engineer is Mark McLean. Mark has a keen interest in diving, windsurfing and club sailing and has worked professionally as a boatman at the Royal Gourock Yacht Club.

Mark will be expanding the team on the servicing side for liferafts, lifejackets and Jonbuoy inflatable products.

New to the export team in Southampton is Helen Richmond. She is widely experienced in European logistics and sales and speaks fluent German and French.

Helen is a qualified scuba diving instructor and has just recently taken up sailing.
