Sarnia Yachts has announced that it has successfully passed its first audit under the Maritime Labour Convention (“MLC”) requirements and is now able to offer fully compliant MLC crew employment and payroll services. The MLC, which comes into force on 20 August 2013, requires crew employment companies to conform to a number of stringent requirements and on going audits. Read More
