In March Edmiston released information and drawings of the 72m Red Square, to be built by Dunya Yachts in Turkey. This impressive yacht is designed by the Monaco based design studio, Sterling Scott. Winners of best refit at the 2008 Superyacht Awards, Bannenberg Designs, have launched their new website today; www.bannenberg.com. The new site showcases many of Bannenberg's current and past projects, such as Illusion, Blue Bird, and their new 60m Trinity. Superyacht designer dies in crash

The Superyacht Designer Björn Johansson was killed tragically on Thursday 17th January on the Isle of Wight when his KTM 990 motorcycle was in collision with a bus in Ryde, he was pronounced dead at the scene of the incident. Björn, founded his company, Bjorn Johansson Design, in 2001 and in recent months has been expanding the firm following a string of highly successful commissions. Read More
