Dickie Bannenberg and Simon Rowell are pleased to announce that Bannenberg Designs will be known as Bannenberg & Rowell Design as of today.

The studio was founded by Dickie’s father, the late Jon Bannenberg, in the early 60s and notable designs include the 138m Rising Sun, 67m Siran and more recent projects include the interior styling for the ground breaking Feadship Predator and Baglietto’s Natori.

“I wanted to reflect the huge role Simon plays in the studio”, says Dickie Bannenberg. “It is also an opportunity, with five launches this year, to consolidate where we are as a company, pull together various elements of our identity which have grown a little organically over the years and, I hope, show where the momentum lies in the world of yacht design. It is the next stage in a journey started by my father in the early 1960s”, Dickie concluded.
