Jeroen Minnema of Ocean Independence has listed a 23 metre by 6 metre berth (number 14) for sale in Port Vauban in Antibes, France, with an asking price of € 385,000. This berth, located 200m from the beach and 300m from the old town, is well sheltered from winds and spray.

“An additional barrier provides privacy and ensures private parking space near the berth”, says Jeroen. The berth is only for sale due to family circumstances and the lease ends on 31/12/2021.

This is the third berth in Port Vauban which Jeroen Minnema has listed. Also for sale are berth numbers 316 (€ 395,000) and berth 921 (POA).
