Following the success of Axantha (37m) and Bystander (42m), JFA just received an order for a new motor yacht. The hull and superstructure of the 43m yacht will be fabricated out of aluminium.
This new yacht was ordered by a repeat client of JFA and Vripack from The Netherlands designed her exterior. The profile of the research vessel will be familiar in the design to Axantha, which was delivered in 2003.
She will be powered by 2 Cummins engines of 750HP and will have a transatlantic range. She will be build according the rules of the North European Luxury Yacht standard (Bureau Veritas classification and MCA compliant).
The interior space comprises a total area of 340m², separated over 3 decks, and the yacht can accommodate 10 guests and 8 crew members. Two large 18ft tenders are stored on the foredeck, while the main and upper aft decks provide amble space for two seating areas.
Sanlorenzo has a reputation of offering an unrivalled level of customization, which results in the fact that there are never two Sanlorenzo Yachts that are the same. This has been clearly demonstrated by the unique five-stateroom SL104 planing yacht, that will be on display at the Miami International Boat Show (MIBS) this week. Read More
