Ocea Shipyard, located in Les Sables d’Olonne on the French Atlantic Coast and builder of the Ocea Commuter and Ocea Classic Yacht Series, has signed a build contract for the first Ocea Classic 72 to be delivered for the summer 2011.
The Ocea Classic 72 is designed by the naval architect office Joubert-Nivelt. Conform to the design brief of all Ocea Yachts, the Ocea Classic 72 is designed for extended cruises to the most secluded places. The Ocea Classic 72 distinctive design features are a reinforced hull for ice navigation, and a spacious panoramic salon located behind the bridge and surrounded by full height windows.
In addition to this new order, one Ocea Commuter 155 is currently under construction at OCEA Shipyard.
This year Ocea will be participating to the Düsseldorf Boat Show. The Ocea stand will be located Hall 7, stand N° B11.
Sanlorenzo has a reputation of offering an unrivalled level of customization, which results in the fact that there are never two Sanlorenzo Yachts that are the same. This has been clearly demonstrated by the unique five-stateroom SL104 planing yacht, that will be on display at the Miami International Boat Show (MIBS) this week. Read More
